Ayaana an-taru hi tare gauhra paahan kare kamaal;
Pooran satgur ji rehmat ja ganka ajaamal diso misaal. Saagar bhari oonhon aukho vahe jagat me taaran haar; Pooran satgur har chahak khe aahe kando hik pal me paar. Pooran satgur sandhi nishani dar aayal khe maaf kare; Poore gur avtar reham san likhiyal lekho saaf kare. |

Meaning
Surrender or coming in the shelter of True Master's feet, helps one get rid of all bad deeds. Ignorant and a sinful person can cross the ocean of life with the blesssings of True Master. One can see the examples of Ganaka (a prostitute) and Ajamal (a killer) who were saved by the grace of the perfect True Master. It is difficult to cross the ocean of the materialistic world. But the True Master makes every seeker swim it in no time. The sign of the perfect True Master is that he forgives the one who seeks his shelter. Here Baba Avtar Singh ji says, the True Master removes all the sins of the past.
